   User-manual chapter 01_installation -- scheduled for v1.0 final.
   For the v1.0.0-rc1 release the reference material is in the
   Op^3 source tree and in Chapters 6-8 of the associated PhD
   dissertation. This chapter will be expanded with screenshots,
   worked examples, and troubleshooting notes before the v1.0
   final release.
